Description
We are located about 17 miles from the hustle & bustle of Gulf Shores, out on the peninsula. Ft Morgan is a low-key area with mostly houses vs high rises. There are several small restaurants in the area, and also some small stores for basics, but main shopping is not recommended.
The house is laid out in an H shape, with 2 bedrooms on one side, sharing a bath in the hall. Two bedrooms are on the other side, with the master bedroom (king) having a private bath with a combo tub/shower and opens to deck, gulf front, and the other bedroom (queen) having a small bath with a walk-in shower. One bedroom (queen) opens to the deck (beach front) and there's a bunk room with a twin/twin & twin/full bed. Each bedroom has a smart tv and 3 have dvd players; the living room also has a smart tv and dvd player. We provide plenty of beach furniture, chairs, small beach tables, boogie boards, floats & lots of sand toys. The kitchen is well furnished, with 2 microwaves, 2 coffee pots, a keurig coffee pot, an ice machine, ice cream maker & amnple baking/cookware.

Policies
The cleaning fee is separate from the rental and tax, and is paid directly to the housekeeper at departure.
Please note: no reservation is held until the deposit is received. We accept payment by personal, business & cashiers checks (checks from multiple parties are fine, if you are splitting the cost);Venmo, through PayPal, which accepts Visa & MasterCard. However, there is a 3% fee when using PayPal, due to the charges they have.
Cancellation at least 30 days prior to check-in date = 50% refund;
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in date = 0 refund

Perfect vacation home.
We loved this place! The water was even closer than the pictures show! The house had everything you needed, the most comfortable vacation home we have ever stayed in. Ange answered all our questions in a timely manner. We will be back!

Good property for family vacay
We were pleasantly surprised on how well stocked the kitchen was, ice maker is nice addition. Enjoyed the outdoor space under house, plenty of beach chairs and toys for children. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Childproof Vacation
This is a great home for families with small children. Everything possibly needed for kids was provided:deluxe portacrib, high chairs, boosters, gates, stools, games, books, videos and beach toys. Our grandchildren loved every minute. The easy beach access just steps from the home was ideal. The huge deck with plenty of seating for adults and kids picnic table and chairs was a great outdoor area. Large kitchen area and living room space to gather. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. All areas were very clean

Great vacation at Sea Side Salvation at Fort Morgan
The ptoperty was great. It was verywell furnished and very comfortable. A home away from home. The owner was very nice and communicated promptlty. The besch is very close to the house. Me and my family would gladly stay there again.

Beyond Exceptional!
Seaside Salvation was more than we could have even asked for. We drove down the day after a tropical storm and Ange was amazing to communicate with me regarding weather. He house is stocked so well and had more than we expected in terms of beach toys, chairs, etc. The kitchen had so many things that we were able to use. Loved this house and plan to come stay again as soon as we can!!

The owner was very professional and kept me updated and provided helpful information that we needed to know in addition to being available for any questions/concerns. Better than advertised!
Property owner response and availability from check-in all the way through check out was impeccable. The house was the most well stocked of any vacation rental we have stayed in. Plenty of outdoor seating, multiple microwaves and coffee makers with tons of counter / bar space. Home is located on an uncrowded section of beach in Fort Morgan. There is public beach access next to it but signage indicates where that stops and your private beach begins. The house was clean, well furnished, and felt like home almost immediately. We had an amazing vacation at Seaside Salvation and will definitely be back to this property.
