Description
This condominium is located in a fourplex directly on Little Lagoon, a 6 mile long, 1/2 mile wide salt water lagoon, and just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. If you are looking for another way to cool off then our BRAND NEW Sunset condominium pool is just what the doctor ordered! Note: Pool is closed from October 1-May 1.
Private fishing pier and dock directly off the back deck. Just across the lagoon from the condominium is Mo’s Landing, a free boat launch. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults. Less than three (3) miles to the Hangout and the heart of Gulf Shores.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms:
--Master bedroom (upstairs) includes a King size bed with a private bath/shower. Private deck overlooks the lagoon.
--First guest bedroom (downstairs) includes a Queen size bed with semi-private bath/shower.
--Second guest bedroom (upstairs) includes two (2) Twin beds with a private bath/shower. Private deck looking towards the beach.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a 75-inch smart TV with cable/WiFi included and a washer/dryer. Free parking directly under the condominium (2 vehicles maximum).
Must be 25 years of age to rent, copy of drivers license will be required prior to check in.
NO pets.
NO smoking.
Payment via Venmo/Paypal. One night deposit due at time of booking (varies depending on seasonal rate). The remaining balance is due two weeks from check-in – ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE.
RATES LISTED CAN VARY -- ASK FOR SPECIALS!!!
Check in at 4 pm. Check out at 10 am. This allows us to clean and sanitize the property properly for our next guests.

Wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our week long stay at this house. It was difficult to leave the beautiful views and convenience to the beach. Everything was clean and the home has very nice updates. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo
My wife and wanted a get away and this unit was awesome!!! Very Clean and convenient. only regrets on my part was I didn’t carry my fishing poles, you can literally go out the back door and fish. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again.

The Best Condo
We rented this condo for my daughter's birthday weekend. We all needed to get away and relax . Andrea made it happen. The condo was spacious and beautiful. Loved that it had a bathroom for all 3 of us. It was very clean and had all the necessity you need. The views from the balcony were to die for. The beach was so close . The owners checked in on us each day to make everything was good. Will definitely rent again.

Awesome Trip Away
This was a last minute trip and Andrea helped make it happen for us! My great grandmother had just passed away and I wanted to get my grandmother out of town for a much needed break. Once we arrived, we were all impressed with the location and the roominess of the condo. My grandmother was able to sit outside and watch the fish jump and simply relax. We were able to walk to the pool or the beach with little effort (having a two year old, this could be a challenge).
Overall we loved this unit and not being at a huge complex with hundreds of other people. Thanks for having us and we hope to be back!

Much needed getaway
The rooms were spacious from King to Twin beds. To have a bathroom in every room was so convenient when getting ready to go to eat. The Hangout is truly 5 minutes away. The Condo was clean and supplied with all the necessities to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including washer and dryer. The walk to the beach is maybe a block and a half from the room, they provide a shower area under the unit to wash off all the sand. The private pool is perfect if you have children, it’s 4 foot deep and a perfect place for them to cool off. The best part is the pier over the Lagoon, do a little fishing, watch the fish jump, stingrays and huge turtles circle the deck or sit on the bench with your honey and sip a glass of wine while the sunsets. The view is breathtaking!

We needed a last minute rental for the 4th for our family of 5.. The owners were GREAT in making that happen!! The newly renovated condo is absolutely the best!! It is quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed!!! Beds and furniture were all very comfortable!! Plenty of room!!! The view is beautiful from your living room or just sitting on the back deck. Cannot say enough about this rental!! Contact these owners! You will not be disappointed!! We chose to walk to the beach from the condo but if you need to be closer, there is designated parking for the beach where you turn in off of the main road. So very convenient!!! The owners can answer any questions you may have!

Clean, comfortable and beautiful
My husband and I stayed 4 nights with our son and he's family. Beautiful new renovations, clean and quiet. The grands loved the pool and walking down the pier to watch the boats going by and fish jumping in the water. The walk to the beach is short and on side roads, so there's not a lot of cars "flying" by. Owners are wonderful to deal with and get back to you quickly. HIGHLY recommend.

Girls trip
This was a much needed Girls Trip. Since there was three of us we each got our own bedroom and bath. The condo is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. I loved going out on the deck at sunset to look at the bay. There is a nice walking trail close to the condo if you like to walk. The beach is very close and easily accessible. It was just a laid back trip that we all needed and enjoyed. We will definitely be going back!
