The Beautiful Bella Luna is unlike any other property on the Gulf Coast. Even though we are just across the street from the beach, you have the best both worlds. Once you stay here, you will always come back! The view from the huge balcony overlooks the outdoor pools and Ole River. The sunsets from this condo are amazing!! This Bella Luna Unit is absolutely stunning! Bella Luna is a very family-friendly complex with lots of amenities. There are 3-outdoor pools, 1-outdoor hot tub, 1-indoor pool, and 1-indoor hot tub. The fitness room includes an incredible view overlooking the inter-coastal and the pool. It also includes a Sauna and Steam room. The kids can crab hunt at the beginning of the docs or fish right off the piers. We have boat slips to rent based upon availability or you can park up to 5 days on the left pier.
The beach is just a step away with private gated/deeded access. The Beaches here are not too crowded and have plush white sands to take a stroll or just relax and enjoy! You can also rent beach chairs in advance to have set up for you (Seasonal)
Shopping and dining are also in very close proximity, and the best of all it's walking distance to the famous Flora-Bama.

Important Things To Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age. You must provide a Valid ID at Check in that matches the name on the Rental Agreement and Check in Letter.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* According to the ADA
* "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities"
* "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

Policies
You must purchase a parking pass upon arrival for $40.00 / per vehicle / max 2 vehicles per unit.
$300.00 refundable security deposit
No Smoking and no pets in the unit.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area.
If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival a full refund will be processed minus the $50.00 fee. If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons; however, a prorated amount will be refunded in the event of a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane and/or weather. In the event that a booking is canceled prior to check-in due to a mandatory weather evacuation, a full refund will be given.
We are pleased to offer Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel, including coverage for Preexisting health conditions. Please Note: If you booked your vacation and when you arrive the Beaches are stilled closed or there are still travel restrictions due to COVID-19, We at Beach Life are happy to offer you a full refund or credit to move your dates. Which ever is most convenient for you** If the Beaches are open and travel restrictions lifted, the above Cancellation policy will apply. We highly recommend you still purchase travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances not related to COVID-19
