This beautiful unit offers 3 large bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms for each, a luxurious kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, a wet bar with a wine cooler and ice maker, a cozy and spacious living area, and the breathtaking bay views from the large balcony. Boat slip available for rent (based upon availability)
Bella Luna is a gated Complex and your gate code will be provided in your check in instructions. Upon Arrival Guests must check in and register with the front desk and purchase parking passes. Passes are $50 each / Max 2 Vehicles. You have 1 assigned parking spot in the below garage, and your 2nd vehicle can park on the top deck parking area. Guest will have access to the indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pools and outdoor hot tub, marina for fishing, fitness center, which includes a sauna and steam room. (Guests do not have access to owner lounge and theatre)

Bella Luna is the definition of luxury. Beautiful inside and out, Bella Luna is one of a kind! You're within walking distance to the famous Flora-Bama, walking distance to restaurants and water sports, including jet ski rentals, dolphin tours and so much more. We have boat docks available for rent based on availability. The Bella Luna has 3 outdoor pools, including an "adult only" pool. The beach is just across the street with a private deeded beach access for our less crowded beach area.

Parking passes are not included and must be purchased separately upon arrival. $50/each max 2.
- Renters Must be at least 25 years of age. You must provide a Valid ID at Check in that matches the name on the Rental Agreement and Check in Letter.

Policies
- If canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
- If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
- No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
*Travel insurance is highly recommended*.
We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection against unforeseen circumstances.
- Standard plan must be purchased within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan must be purchased within 14 days of initial payment. *CFAR is not available for stays occurring within 30 days of the booking date.
- *It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance be purchased as soon as the down payment is made.
