"Our Gulf Shores Paradise is an OCEANFRONT GROUND FLOOR WALK-OUT with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's a corner unit in the preferred Plantation Palms building with 3 patios with sliding doors for easy in and out access that sleeps up to 9 people.
It's located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores. We bought here because it's much less crowded here, both on the beach, and with the traffic on the road. Yet it's only about 15 minutes from many Gulf Shores attractions. For those of you who like to golf, Kiva Dunes golf course is right next door.
You only need to cross a boardwalk to the beautiful white sand beach that's just a few steps away. The sand is so fine, that it squeaks when you walk on it. Our water is usually pretty calm, making our beach really good for young children.
We want you to enjoy our vacation home, and come to love it as much as we do. Our goal is to have you walk in, take one look around and immediately relax & let all your stress start melting away. Close your eyes and imagine it now.... doesn't it sound wonderful?
We can enjoy beautiful sunrises in the morning and sunsets at night. It is truly our idea of Paradise! Hopefully, it will become yours, too!
Many people have told us we have the best location in the building because of the convenience of being able to just walk right out one of the patios. The pools, hot tub, and tennis courts are literally just a few steps away. And they are fenced in which helps to make them safer for kids.
We use an electronic lock with a special entry code created just for your stay. You will have no worries ...only to decide if you are going to spend the day on the beautiful beach, at one of the complexes pools (including an indoor pool if you prefer, golfing at the Kiva Dunes golf course on the grounds, or go for a scenic drive to do some sightseeing.
We have dresser, closet, and cabinet space, so you will be able to empty your suitcases and make yourself at home. We know some of you like to fall asleep listening to the TV, so we have one in every bedroom and one in the living room. We've tried to stock our vacation home with all the things we enjoy when we are traveling. In fact, we've just added some things from reading our guests comments about some things they thought would be nice to have, that we didn't think of before.
You will have the choice to sleep in one of the two bedrooms with a king size bed, the middle bedroom with the twin over full size bunk bed, or the queen size sofa bed in the living room. We have fairly new SS appliances, including a dishwasher. We also have a new front loading washer and dryer for you to use. We've also tried to stock all the linens, dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware you'll need. You will need to bring your own beach towels, however, because they take too long to launder after each reservation. We also try to supply some beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and much more. But those things have a tendency to break or walk away, so we can't guarantee what will be there for your stay.
For those who like a fan, we try to keep a pedestal fan there also. Along with an assortment of movies for all ages. We also try to keep sightseeing tips, coupon books, and shopping suggestions in the condo.
We've hired very good cleaning company, so you can be assured the condo will be freshly cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. For those of you who like some added piece of mind, there is security at the complex. You need to be checked in by them before entering the complex.
We just purchased "Our Gulf Shores Paradise" and are looking forward to helping you make some wonderful memories! We would recommend to all if coming to Gulf Shores. Such a nice place with plenty of room. Everything you need is here, all u need are your beach towels. Great for families and great hosts Al & Chris. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We will be sad to leave but has and will be a great 10 days.

The room was perfect for me, my husband & 4 children. Clean & cozy with everything we could possibly need on vacation. Loved being on the ground floor so the kids could walk right outside to play in the grass area & easy access to head to the beach or pool or just take a walk without having to lug up and down stairs or wait for elevators. Perfect location for family especially with children with a lot to do just within the complex. Owners were very accommodating & personal & helpful with everything! We had a great time and would definitely return!

Truly a paradise location!!
Our stay at Al & Chris' condo was amazing, and we are already planning our trip back to their place. You couldn't ask for better when you have Littles and a bunch of stuff you're wanting to take to the beach. Being on the ground floor was GREAT for us. Super easy access to the beach, the sassy bass island grill, the pools, etc. We didn't have the most ideal weather, but it was so nice to open the back patio and sit out there or walk straight to the beach without having to carrying things up & down stairs. The amenities in the condo are all very nice and updated. A fully furnished kitchen made meals so easy for a party of 7! Thank you Al & Chris for a truly wonderful stay! Your constant communication and hospitality with us was very much appreciated!
