Come relax and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches just steps from your stay at Harbor House - B11. The condo has 2 bedrooms/1 bath and sleeps up to 6. We are located on the first floor w/ FREE reserved 2-car parking below the unit. Exit your vehicle to the smell of salt in the air and proceed to one flight of stairs (yes, with a gulf view) as there is no elevator. A personalized touch-key door code unlocks your stay in paradise. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with a washer/dryer combo. The living/dining area has plenty of seating and if needed, the sofa becomes a sleeper. Gulf views can be achieved from the private balcony, front door, and both bedrooms. The master has a dual chamber SLEEP NUMBER bed (queen), a roomy chest and a nifty side chair, but we already know you will want to proceed to the master balcony door to take in the sights of our heated gulf front pool while enjoying sounds of the Gulf. The guest room has queen & twin beds. Additionally, it has a retro feature: that of a vanity area with a sink. Odd? Yes, we thought so too, however our three daughters love it! We are excited for you -- You are going to want to stay here FOREVER! Harbor House is a small, low-density, family friendly complex located directly on the beach. It is walking distance to great restaurants (such as Bahama Bob’s), shopping, and just under a mile from the Hangout (close, but not too close). Pier 33 convenience store & West Beach Coffee House is directly across the street.

We are proud to have partnered with Royal Shell Facilities Management LLC, a 5-star local cleaning company who will provide all linens and bath towels and will maintain a Covid Clean Promise!
It is customary for short term rental properties to provide a “starter kit” which consists of starter amenities to get you through the first day or two of your stay. Typical items include: shampoo/conditioner, hand/body soap, dish soap, a dishwasher and laundry pod. Other basic items household items such as a paper towel roll, a few toilet paper rolls, and trash bags are also provided upon every turn.
What to bring: beach towels, sunscreen and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Policies
A smart lock code will be provided to you the day of arrival.
• (2) parking passes are located inside the unit. Shortly after arrival, please place them in your vehicle(s). It is very important upon check out that you return these back to the unit or you will incur an additional fee up to $50.
• (2) gate fobs are located next to the fridge; you will need a fob to enter/exit the beach and pool gates. If you lose a fob, you will be charged $50/each. No exceptions.
• Harbor House Association does not allow guests to bring pets (including emotional support animals). Sorry, we too love our fur-babies, but some have allergies.
• This is a non-smoking unit.
• Due to fire code all Harbor House units' maximum capacity is SIX. Over occupancy can result in immediate eviction per Baldwin County Ordinance without refund.
• Noise ordinance hours are from 11pm to 7am. Please respect your neighbors.
50% refund if canceled less than 30 to 15 days.
No refund if canceled 14 days or less.

Loved the Condo!
2nd year staying at this place and once again it did not disappoint! We love the condo, the privacy, scenery and the hosts. They are always responsive and checking in on the quality of our vacay. We will stay here any time it’s available during our vacation.

Boys had a Blast thank to Stacie's mom hack
Our family had an excellent stay at Stacie & Tim’s! We have two young boys (3 & 6) who enjoyed playing in the condo, outside in the pool, and at the beach. The boys had a blast catching ghost crabs in the evening and hunting shark teeth in the morning (thanks to Stacie’s mom hack!). The condo is right on the beach which made going out/in an easy task. There are plenty of places nearby to eat, but we made most of our meals right there in the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. There was a very detailed sheet on the coffee table with places to eat and suggestions for things to see/do. The hosts were proactive and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here to other small families!

Condo is simply spectacular
This condo is literally steps to the beach! We walked the entire beachfront, shelling and this condo location is simply spectacular. The Gulf waters were a bit cold during Spring, but no big deal because this condo pool is heated! Definitely returning to Stacie and Tim's place.

Beautiful condo
We had the best time here. The condo was beautiful and had everything thing we needed. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us. It is far enough away from everything so it is quiet and peaceful but close enough you could get to restaurants, shops, etc in a very short drive. You are literally steps from the white sandy beach that was not over crowded. The pool was clean. We also enjoyed the quiet hours so we were able to get some sleep. The owners are so nice and very easy to work with as well as very accommodating. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back here!!

We Absolutely Loved Our Stay Here
We absolutely loved our stay here! The unit was very clean, as described, and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The unit had everything we needed and more, and we had absolutely no issues. This was our first beach stay not in a high rise and we will absolutely be back to this unit and loved being in a smaller complex. The one flight of stairs was super easy, even with two young kids, and the distance to the beach is so short! The beach and balcony were just lovely and the pool was very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

We LOVED our stay at Stacie & Tim's place! It was perfect for our family of 4. Out of the hustle and bustle of the main drag but so convenient to all of our favorite places! They could not have been better hosts - great communication and so upfront about everything. Highly recommend!
