One of the best getaways we’ve had as sisters.
A fantastic house just minutes from anything and everything you might want to do. Pool just across the way and just steps from the beach.

Our vacation was a Sisters GetAway that was long overdue and we could not have picked a more beautiful property for our trip. Misty was the ultimate hostess, was quick to respond to every question, which was many, and even checked on us during the week to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was one of my favorites I ‘ve ever visited, completely equipped in every way with every amenity you could ask for. The property was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and was so very comfortable. The beds were to die for which was wonderful after a long day in the sun. I ‘ll have to say I was a little worried about the proximity to the beach but literally it took 2 minutes of walking and you were viewing the most beautiful beach in the U.S. The resort itself was so beautiful, spotlessly clean and, at the time we visited, not crowded at all. The pool was only steps away from the house which was so very convenient. Would love to return again very soon and would definitely recommend this property for a dream vacation.

The home was beautiful, nicely decorated and well furnished. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Location was great, located right across the street from 2 of the pools, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool and beach toys were a hit with the kids. It was nice having them since we flew in and would not have been able to take them back home with us. We all had a great time, and would definitely consider renting this place again.

This shared home was pretty amazing. Shared it with some friends for a couple days. So close to the beach. Beautiful home in general. Not a 5 because they had some flaws but the trip was still amazing.

Our whole family enjoyed our stay. The home was clean with comfortable bedding. Lots of extra amenities available . Restaurants on site. Pool and volleyball court within a few feet. We will be back!

Not only is the location of this home perfectly placed near one of the seven pools and walking distance to the beach, it’s extremely clean and super trendy. The back porches were perfect to hide out during a rain storm & the front porches had visibility to the pool to watch the kids as they swam until closing.
The owners have done a tremendous job making this home just that. It is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. There is even an outside closet with all beach necessities (chairs, toys, floats, wagon).
The only issue we had was a clogged upstairs toilet. Vacasa responded in a timely manner and resolved the issue on the first try.
We will definitely try to return to this home in the future.

This was our first trip Gulf Shores plantation and the area. We came with my extended family who rented a condo from Plantation west and who rented the other side of this house. Hands down this was the best property between the three rentals. The kitchen is newly updated, big pantry, fully stocked cooking supplies. The island is a added bonus for extra cooking space and seating. This house is great for a family with younger kids. The owners have generously made available a high chair, booster chair, pack n play, stool, games, etc. They also allowed us to use their sand wagon, access to their beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The decor and furniture is updated and very comfortable. The king pillows were fabulous as well. Light switches, cabinets, drawers were are labeled and made it so easy to find things…label makers are the best.
The pool is just steps away and was nice. At times it was extremely busy with bigger groups that played loud music, smoked, and over drinking. I don’t think that is the normal though and at one point we saw security down there. With our 4 younger kids we headed up to the house when they started getting rowdy. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk which is great because we could do the pool early in the morning then head to the beach.
There was definitely construction going on at the plantation from hurricane Sally and they closed the pool closest to us for 1.5 days due to that. I talked with a local owner and he thought the construction would move out of that area in about a month.
Overall, we had a fabulous stay. The house was amazing and I’d think the grounds would be better after they finish construction. Thank you Head Family for opening your home. We appreciate your generosity. Be great to work directly with the owner and not have to go through Vacasa. I emailed them about hurricane damage and what to expect- they never responded.

We absolutely loved spending time at this beautiful location!! It truly did feel like a home away from home! The surrounding amenities and the location near the beach was wonderful!! We loved our time so much that we are planning on coming back as soon as we can!!

Fantastic property- exactly as advertised! Clean, comfortable and convenient to so many amenities. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, the tennis courts, the restaurants but most of all we enjoyed each other in this beautiful vacation rental! Can’t wait to go back! The host were amazing to work with and truly take care of their properties.
