I had the privilege of taking my 82 year old parents to stay in this condo! It was perfect in so many ways. I LOVE that it was on ground level. It was great for unloading and loading the car. My parents didn’t have to use elevator or stairs to get in and out. The walkway to the beach is right steps from the door. I will be back!

This place was super nice. We loved being on the ground floor. Easy access to the beach and vehicle. Wish the dunes had been lower so we could have seen the beach while sitting on the balcony. But overall, loved the place and the weather was perfect.

Latitude Adjustment is an updated, beautiful, quaint little condo in an awesome area. We didn't have to worry about waiting on elevators or walking 1/2 mile to the beach. Private beach located just steps away from the front door. The condo was furnished well with extra bedding and pillow for the guest who sleeps on the pull out bed. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. (We only stayed the weekend and didn't use much, but did notice that it had almost everything you could possibly need.) Bedrooms are great size and fit our family of 5 (with big kids) comfortably. There is a small laundry area located just steps from the condo that takes cash or card for payment, which was so convenient. Katie was super responsive and accommodating. She checked to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived (by message). If your looking for a condo on the beach, I would recommend Katie and Latitude Adjustment. We had an awesome time!

Katie was a very responsive host from start to finish. The condo is well appointed and convienently located just steps from the beach. The lack of in unit laundry is solved with available complex laundry located very nearby. On site security did a good job of patrolling the grounds. The complex pool was great as well, especially for children. You are located nearby many attractions and there was nothing better than sitting on the back porch at night and listening to the waves crash. We are grateful for our time there and plan on making this our "place" when we go to Gulf Shores. Rent this unit!!! (except when we want to come down:) )

We booked this condo for a last minute trip in early June. Rates were great, owner was super nice to talk to! Located on the first floor was great! Loved not having to climbs stairs or ride in an elevator! Super clean, kitchen has everything we needed to cook with, only thing I would say it needed would be some hooks outside/inside for wet towels/bathing suits since there’s isn’t a dryer in the unit. Other than that it was great! Definitely saving the listing!
