Beautiful house with plenty of room for our crew. Beds were comfortable and house is a short walk to a boardwalk that leads straight out to the beach. We had a couple of issues and the homeowners and maintenance were easily reached and resolved them quickly. We had access to the pools in the neighborhood and the kids in our group enjoyed going. It was our first time in Fort Morgan and we all enjoyed the house, neighborhood, and the area!

This was the second time we stayed in this house, and it's perfect for us, our children and grandchildren. The house is well designed, clean and well maintained, and has lots of bedroom space for all of us as well as communal living space on the main floor. One of our favorite and most used features was the second floor deck. The only access is from the interior of the second floor which was great for keeping track of our small grandchildren. We all used it for morning coffee, afternoon retreats and evenings together to watch the sunsets and the stars at night. It's an easy walk to the boardwalk leading to the beach, and the beach was never crowded. The owner is friendly, helpful with tips about local shopping and dining, and very responsive to questions. We would definitely recommend this house, and we hope to be able to visit again in another year or two.

We had such a great time! The house was big and beautiful and in a great location! We enjoyed walking to the beach and going to the pools everyday. I loved the 2 decks and sitting outside at night listening to the frogs. The house had everything we needed and more!

Awesome place! Owners were very accommodating, helping provide all info needed to be prepared for our stay. The location, the cleanliness and overall accommodations were great. Best part was their responsiveness when we had an issue with the air conditioner. By bedtime, it was all taken cate of!! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

What a beautiful home! We had more than enough space for our families. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and the pools were great to have on the day we couldn't get in the ocean. Kids were safe to bike the neighborhood. The home itself is spacious, well-stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved having coffee out on the 2nd floor porch each morning.

We take a beach vacation EVERY year! This vacation rental home lived up to our expectations and provided our family with the space and amenities we look for overall in a rental property. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the home upon initial arrival, however, we contacted our personal concierge and she contacted the cleaning company immediately to come fix the issues. The owner of the company himself came and resolved all issues timely. We wished the property had a shorter walk to the beach, especially since we have small children making it seem like an even longer walk. This is not meant AT ALL to distract from the home itself and it was beautiful. I don't know if it's an option with the HOA to extend their public boardwalks through to the street the home is located on, but that would make a HUGE difference. All in all we loved this home and the area and will be back next year!!!
