Beautiful new home in a fantastic location. Easy access to beach and amenities. Close enough to restaurants and shops for convenience sake, but far enough away to be away from the crowds. Neighbors and others renters in the community were awesome as well! Home owners were quick to reply to messages too.

The townhouse is absolutely gorgeous! It was very comfortable and well set up, we especially loved the beds, having 4 bathrooms, and the deck. The beach is a 3 minute walk and there is a fishing pier 1 minute away.

The lagoon and beach are close and beautiful!! Pictures are accurate and this worked really well for my grown up family of 4. There are many stairs! We didn’t mind at all. Easy to find and great communication with Jackie

Our stay was great. The space was neat and clean with a modern design and lots of light. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but with plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short drive. While this property is not right on the beach, a walking path makes it a quick easy walk to get there
It’s obvious when a property is owned by people that use the space and have first hand experience making sure it has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

After an issue with a different rental we contacted Jackie on very short notice. She worked with her team to get the place ready for us that same day. The place was very clean and had just about everything we needed, including restaurant recommendations! Both the bay and beach are just a short walk and the pool was an added bonus. We were even able to catch some of the amazing sunsets right from the porch.

Our stay at Sunsation Cottage was wonderful! The house was beautiful and very clean. The location was great as the beach was just a quick walk down the road. And our kids loved being so close to the pier for fishing. We will definitely be back!
