Absolutely beautiful cottage with the perfect location. And it’s PET FRIENDLY!! The cleanliness & organization of this cottage was honestly the best I’ve seen in my 20 years of renting beach properties. David was absolutely wonderful & responded literally within minutes of any of my questions. 5 stars all the way!!
I was very impressed from the get-go. David responded to any of my questions within minutes (literally!) The cottage is absolutely beautiful, great location, and pet friendly!! I have stayed at a LOT of different places and I have never been so impressed with the organization & cleanliness of this cottage. The kitchen was PERFECT. I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!

We stayed here for a month from Thanksgiving to Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was seamless, the place was sparkling clean, and it felt like home in no time at all. The location is ideal with just a few minutes walk to the beach. It's easy access to great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and anything else you would need. If you enjoy a walk or run, the streets around the home are perfect and the Gulf State Park trails are easily accessible. The home was warm and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you need for home-cooked meals. The beds were comfy and we were able to get some quality sleep after our long days exploring Gulf Shores. David was VERY responsive and an excellent host. We ran into him a few times during our stay and you can tell he cares about his properties and wants to provide a great experience for his guests. We got to know a few of the other owners and guests of neighboring homes and thoroughly enjoyed the community aspect of our stay. We'd definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Gulf Shores. Great home, great host - A+!

The location of the house is close to restaurants, shops and state park. The beach is a quick walk across the street. Cannot wait to come back to the Blue Crab!

My wife and I had a great time staying at the Blue Crab on our way from relocating from NC to TX. David is a great host, with excellent communication. Blue Crab is everything as advertised and then some! Beautiful beaches, great layout, and a short easy walk to the beach. There is also a cart, chairs, and supplies in the storage shed to use, in order to make your beach experience even better. Anytime we get a chance to go to the Gulf Shores, I’ll definitely be trying to stay here again! Book confidently with David and the Blue Crab! 5 stars all the way!

David was a tremendous host! Due to some hurricanes this summer, we had to adjust our stay to mid-October. David was very helpful in shifting our trip and kept me updated on it during the meantime. The actual house is wonderful and new. We liked that it was just a street across from the beach, and yet was very quiet at night. The shower and storage room beneath the house was a big help as well! All told, I would absolutely stay at the Blue Crab the next time I'm in Gulf Shores!
