This home is beautiful and the location couldn't be more perfect. The owner is quickly to respond for all questions. We had 10 adults and we were very comfortable, there was also room for more. Easy access to the beach and I must say it is very private. It was a wonderful experience and we will rent this house out again in the future. I totally give our experience a 5 STAR Review!

This house was very nice and spacious. It was very short walk to beach and in a nice gated community. The house was new. The owner was very easy to work with and was very attentive. We would definitely book this again.

The house was beautiful. Such a great location with easy access to pools and the beach. Beautiful neighborhood. Me and my family had such a great weekend. Logan our host was so helpful and answered any questions we had. Will definitely be staying again.

Logan's place is immaculate! Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone. It took us <5 mins to walk to beach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your family a meal, blend up a cold drink and gather while sharing a meal. There was coffee for mornings, filters if you like ground coffee and Keurig cups. We watched a movie in the living room via Hulu, they provide access via their membership with Hulu. There are other streaming options as well. Netflix, prime,etc. You just have to login in with your credentials. The bedrooms were well decorated and each has its own restroom or a restroom right outside of it. This is fabulous when you have a large family all trying to get out of the house in the morning or evening. We were able to wash our laundry while we were there and before we headed out, this made the process was we got home so much easier. The beds by accounts of everyone with us, were so comfortable! Our bed was extremely comfortable. We loved this place and hope to bring our family back.

Our group recently stayed at this property, and we had a blast. We booked our stay before construction on the home was complete, so there was a little uncertainty as to what the final product would look like going in. However, the home far exceeded our expectations when we arrived. We had a group of 14 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I spoke with the property owner on numerous occasions leading up to our trip and was always responded to very quickly.
We ran into rain on the majority of our trip, but the house still offered plenty of activities to keep us occupied. When it didn't rain, the pool and beach were both conveniently located and not overly crowded.
I selfishly wanted to give this a 1 star rating to keep the home a secret and make booking easier for next year, but I have to call them like I see them. The house and stay were both truly deserving of a 5 star rating. I look forward to booking again next summer!

We had the best time. The house and location offered the perfect spot for a family with an 8 and 14 year old. The pool, tennis and basketball courts offered great entertainment. The open floor plan offered a festive gathering spot for everyone. Love all of the porches! Relaxing and entertaining! Logan was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

We take and annual beach trip with 4 families of 4, all teenaged children. This home was PERFECT for so. Sooo much room to spread out and enjoy the home. The kitchen island was huge and made preparing dinner much easier than when we’ve stayed in other places. The home is beautifully furnished and the furniture very comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and we enjoyed being in a less densely populated area. We saw much more wildlife than we normally do and it was perfect for kayaking. The lagoon sunsets were an added bonus. The owner is very attentive and responsive too!!! Thanks Logan
