Chic cottage in the heart of it all with tons of character. Love the top of the line art and decor. Lounging on the balcony is so relaxing. So close to the deeded beach and walk to everything. This place is a home run all the way. David is a fantastic host.

If you’re considering staying in the Gulf Shores area, stay here. David is a gracious and friendly host. Even after my bonehead couldn’t figure out how to use the lock box for the storage area, he responded almost immediately to get us a key. This was totally my fault. I hesitate to mention the small issue we had with a shower head, but feel it’s important as it shows David’s dedication to make sure your stay is great. I texted him, he was there quickly and fixed it while we were at the beach. The reason I hesitated to mention the shower head was because I don’t want anyone to think there are issues there. There definitely is not. It was a fluke/manufacturer problem with the shower head and couldn’t be prevented.
I will not hesitate to stay here again as this place MADE our trip. It’s super clean, super equipped, super well maintained. It’s a great jumping off point for the area. Close to shops, food, entertainment and the beach. While we stayed there, it was evident that it is one of the finest properties in the area. In fact, it’s nicer than other units in the complex. I base that off furnishings that were visible. David probably owes me money though. We loved the furniture on the deck so much we actually ordered the same brand/ layout for our home. Damnit David! Who puts a $1300 chair set on a rental’s deck?!

I can't thank you enough for the outstanding review! It is greatly appreciated. I strive so hard to make that place the best place anyone could imagine to come stay on vacation. Almost everyone that stays plans to stay again and again. I usually ask if there is anything that the place did not have that would make the stay better. Anytime anyone comes up with something I add it. I think all the little things make the difference. I take my experiences from travel and what stands out and apply all. I look forward to you staying with us again. This cottage is AMAZING !!!!! It has a view, very high end luxury furnishings. It has beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. Not to mention the giant 2 master suites with private full baths! Beautiful kitchen fully loaded for easy cooking of meals to any and all cocktails you should want to make. Place has a very nice outdoor pool and the beach even has private parking if you want it. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 20+ years and this is the Top Shelf of rentals. Come stay and you won’t want to leave. Seconds from everything The small town big beach has to offer.

We had a wonderful first experience with this particular rental. I loved the property decor and layout and appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with everything you may need to prepare meals. We went during the off season so it was much quieter than I would expect during peak season, which was nice

We stayed in this beach house for 5 nights. It was truly a great experience and you can't beat the location! The pool was on the small side, however we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time. We highly recommend and would definitely return!

This was one of the best rentals I have ever had! The location was perfect and had all the amenities you could ask for at the beach. The property was beautifully decorated, even prettier than the pictures. We will definitely try to book the same property on our next trip.
