CLEAN, cute, adorable everything that you could possibly need was in the condo. The condo unit was clean and very nicely decorated without being cluttery. Location is excellent, directly on the edge of the state park so it was quiet. Close to all the restaurants and great walking location and the view was wonderful and peaceful.

We loved staying at this condo! It was a great location for a great price. The condo was very clean and well maintained. They also had beach gear for us to use which was wonderful! Had easy access to the beach and it was in a less crowded location which was nice. Close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Kristine was very kind and responsive before, during, and after our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Kristine was amazing from the minute we hit “book now”. There was an initial issue with booking (due to a site mistake, not hers) and she called me within minutes to correct it and get us on her booking list. She provided extremely helpful advice for our stay and it made the trip perfect! During our stay there was an issue with the dryer (we were the 1st people in after some work that was done) and she got a technician out the first available day. She was extremely responsive and it did not effect our stay at all. I would recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back!

This place is a gem! It was the perfect size unit for a couple or a family. My wife and I loved the balcony! We slept wonderfully and utilized the kitchen and all that was supplied. It’s literally just steps from one of the most pristine beaches we have experienced! You could NOT ask for a better host, in terms of communication and helpfulness. We will be back!
I was looking so hard for a place in Destin, Fort Walton Beach or Miramar Beach. My head was spinning. Then, I decided to look at Gulf Shores. Kristine’s reviews made me zero in on her place, and we couldn’t be happier! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Communication was amazing! What a wonderful location and clean, comfortable unit with everything we needed. We will be back!

We loved our stay! It’s a very short walk across part of the parking lot to the beach and right by the pool as well. Kristine’s condo is very clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need and she has all sorts of items that you can use at the beach as well. We wish we would have booked to stay longer! We had a great time-would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was super-especially for a busy family. The pool and beach were right there, eliminating the concerns of traffic, carrying bags a long distance, or needing to return for a bathroom. Views from the home were just as advertised: exceptional! Kristine also provided beach chairs/sand toys, which was helpful when traveling. Appreciated the honest description of what to expect-both location and accommodations. The home was well-prepared, communication was appropriate and easy to understand, and little touches such as soap (laundry/dishwasher and bathroom) made it easier for travel. The availability of beach chairs (and other beach options) was huge. Honestly I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay!

Location, location, location ❤️❤️ the condo was perfect for our family of 6. Everything we needed was available! The condo was clean and updated. The views were great. And you’re steps from white sandy beaches. Kristine had great communication and due to a last minute cancellation we were able to check in 2 days early.
