The real highlight of the property is undoubtedly the beach. Guests can break from the sun in a pool gazebo or utilize the chair and umbrella service for laying on the sand. There are also grills available for a barbeque. The property's outdoor pools look out to the beach, and are surrounded by plenty of sun loungers (though only a handful of umbrellas). A kiddy pool is also available here. Also outside is a full-size tennis court.

My previous submitted negative review was deleted as was undoubtedly others. Otherwise, there is no way this unit has a 5/5 rating. It was nasty as can be testified to those who stayed and those who visited.

This Sugar Beach condo was a perfect place for my kids and I to stay. The location was excellent! The beach is gorgeous and I liked that you could rent chairs and an umbrella for a very reasonable price. Everything we needed was only a few minutes drive - Walmart, souvenir shopping, restaurants. Renee was a great host, too! If I had any questions or issues, she was very quick to respond and resolve it. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location is perfect! Right on the beach, and only a few minutes from restaurants and shops in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Beautiful beach and nice condo. The condo is a bit small, but if you are not planning on being there much anyway except to sleep, it’s not a problem!

The elevator was not working during our stay. The pools were great for the grandkids.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay and loved how convenient it was to the beach and local restaurants. I would highly recommend. It is a small space but it was all we needed since we came to spend the majority of time on the beach.
