Always Good
This is about the sixth time we have stayed in this condo. Always nice and clean. Great view, pool is nice, places to eat in a couple miles. Will be back again, I hope. Thanks Jerry for renting to us.

We've been staying in Jerry's condo for a number of years. We always have a great time. Wonderful beach, beautiful view, great swimming pools, comfortable condo layout/furnishings and friendly owner. Best beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Fun time
This was our 1st stay in Orange Beach and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The owner was wonderful to work with. It was very clean and we even were able to check in early which was wonderful. We noticed there were a lot of decorative figures sitting around on tables, which is not good if you have a toddler. We solved this by putting these up out of reach the moment that we got there and just put them back before leaving. If we ever to come back to Orange Beach area we would definitely stay here again. The elevators were quick and the pool was great, just wish that they wouldn't allow floats as you get hit pretty often and it overcrowds the pool..

Wonderful condo! No complaints at all.
This condo was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and had everything and more than we needed. The owners were very easy to work with and made our arrival a breeze! Beds were very comfortable and nice decor. Such a great property with a very large pool area and several areas to access beach with rinse off’s along the walkway. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Wonderful week on the beach!
We stayed at this Summerhouse unit last week and had a wonderful time! The 3 bedrooms with large beds were great for the four couples on the trip. The kitchen and dining area was a great size for cooking and eating meals. We loved all the balcony seating and amazing ocean view! Jerry was friendly and easy to work with! He even gave us a gift card to a local restaurant because the condo had damp cushions from being recently cleaned. A couple suggestions would be mattress toppers on the beds and easier handles for the sliding glass doors. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to return again someday!

Thanks so much for the review. We are really glad you enjoyed your stay. We do put mattress toppers on all the beds so they was either taken off by Housekeepin or a previous guest. We haven’t had any time to spend in the unit this Spring to do a full inspection. Yes we would really like to put all New closet doors. Maybe this fall. We do have all new living room furniture ordered for the unit. It is scheduled for delivery first of July.
This was our second stay at the property. Once again everything was great. We recommend it.
We really enjoy Orange Beach. Summer House is a great family friendly condo. The owner is very responsive to emails or phone calls.

Great Gathering Place for Groups
We loved our stay! I had three groups coming and going--women friends for half a week, two nieces with small children half a week, and my sister and brother in law from the snowy north for a week. Plenty of room for everyone. An old established building that has been well cared for. A separate building with the latest work out machines, sauna, hot tub for 20, warm water swimming pool! We were close to the Pensacola Airport, all the best restaurants, the Orange Beach Express, and gorgeous beaches where we rented those comfortable beach chairs/umbrellas at a reasonable price. Jerry could not have been more responsive to us. The extra large balcony with lots of seating was a great gathering place from morning til night. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Good water pressure. What more can you want!

Great location, great accommodations.
This was our first stay at this condo complex. We have stayed in Orange Beach for the last 7 yrs. The owners were extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. As far as kitchen amenities ( slow cooker, blender, sufficient bowls and pans and tupperware). Fantastic views, with a great big porch where we were able to eat our meals. We had our whole family ( 7 of us) and we felt as though it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, one of the few times that we slept well in all of our times staying in Orange Beach. We were able to walk to the Walmart and also to the souvenir shops as well as the restaurants and DQ. Over all we loved our stay and would look forward to coming back. Thank you Jerry and Dianne!

WOW! What a great review. Thanks so much. We strive to keep everything you could possibly need to make yourself at home. One of the main reasons we bought at Summerhouse was the convenience to all the shopping. You guys have been wonderful renters. Other than holiday weeks we do a 10% discount on repeat renters so kkep us in mind for your next visit.

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was great and stocked with everything we needed. Jerri was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and even let me know the day of check-in when the room was ready! Would definitely rent again!
