We had such a great time in this unit. The property was nice and clean. The condo owner was very informative of everything going on with repairs to the property (Hurricane Sally), gave great recommendations on things to do and places to dine. The condo was very well stocked as well! We can’t wait to book with Rick again, whether it be this unit or his unit in Orange Beach!

We had a wonderful time staying right on the beach! This is the last condo building on the beach, far enough away from the nightlife in town which makes for a quieter beach. Mostly families on the beach. Easy access. Very clean condo decorated so cute! Kitchen is furnished with cookware and easy to find. Great communication!

We had a great stay. Close to LOTS of restaurants, shopping, etc. You can walk to The Hangout. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback was pool was under renovations due to hurricane Sandy but the beach was fabulous and literally steps away.

This condo is spectacular! Flawlessly cleaned and stocked with everything we needed to just relax and unwind. My husband and I spent every morning lazing on the balcony, enjoying our coffee and soaking up the sun’s rays while listening to the waves. Most days, we cooked our own dinner and found the kitchen to hold everything we needed. We slept like rocks in the incredibly comfortable king size bed. It was the week of R&R that we desperately needed. Very comfortable and well appointed condo. Excellent communication with Rick. We will be back!

We come to GS regularly, and this is the second time for my wife’s birthday. Each time we come we get better accommodations. This was the best place in the times we have come. Love Royal Palms because of location, and the weather was awesome again! Light bright and great view! Couldn’t have been nicer. Will try this place again next visit, if they have openings when we can get off work..
