Beautiful Place!

We have stayed here before. This time our friends joined us and it was a total of 8 of us. We all had the space that we needed, we really enjoy sitting out on the balconies in the morning and at night. While there have been some changes from our past stays, I do hope for a much better dinning room table to where we are able to get in and out of the dinning room without making others get out of there seat while eating and we are a family that likes to cook our meals during most of our stay so the kitchen can use better dishes, serving utensils, forks, knives ect. and there needs to be somewhere to be able to put groceries without having to rearrange the kitchen since the cabinets were full cups and dishes that I think are way too many and it would be nice to have microwaveable dishes. But aside from these small details the home is great!

We appreciate the great review! Not sure the guest saw all the available cabinets ( 3 empty ones) plus plenty of counter space to store groceries. We have new serving utensils now too. The dining table is large and hadn't heard of any one previously having an issue getting in and out. You can pull the table further out as well. Thanks again for the thumbs up and would love to have you or your family return!

EXCELLENT RENTAL

We found this rental to be in excellent location for our many plans. It was very affordable, roomy, and adequate for our needs. We really enjoyed the Large Deck and peaceful neighborhood setting. We really, really appreciated the handouts and pamphlets of things to see and do from this location which was so conveniently located. We Loved this rental and a Special thanks to Ali, who made this all possible. We would Definitely stay here again.

Great Value - very nice place to stay.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. My mom and dad thought it was amazing. I made a couple decisions on my trip. The first is that I will definitely be back. It was so beautiful down there. I loved it. The second is that when I do visit again I will definitely be contacting you. I will also let anyone I know who is visiting down there to get ahold of you. Thank you again for making our trip even more enjoyable.

Fantastic!!!!

I stayed there with my dog while I was visiting my husband. My dog really enjoyed the backyard and the porch area! This place is so nice during the winter time! I went there and it was 40 and 50 degrees and I sat on the amazing porch looking at the amazing view of the water. I really enjoyed the landlord as well. She was very sweet! I will be staying there again!

First time in Pensacola

We opted to stay off the beaten path and avoid the hotel strip of orange beach. Great decision! Not only did we save money but with Ali tips, something I'm not sure we'd have gotten anywhere else, we experienced several local hidden gems. The home itself was well taken care off and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could think of. We would definitely considered renting here again.

Nice Stay!

It was a nice home with all the facilities. The manager, Ali, was wonderful. Everything worked out real well. I would definitely recommend this place!

great rental

Rental was clean, cozy & comfortable. We took our dog and the fenced in backyard made it perfect for pets. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We fished from the backyard, it was great. I wound recommend this rental to anyone.

Beach Vacation

We spent six days at this vacation rental last week and had a blast! It is located just minutes from the Blue angels and Pensacola Lighthouse, as well as not too far from local beaches. The vacation rental was very clean and ready for my husband and I, as well as our two children and two dogs. We had everything we needed in the home and enjoyed exploring Pensacola! We would love to return!

Secluded but Central

The loation is fantastic central to Peridida Key and Pensacola 15 minutes either way. As you sit on your porch you receive an air show like none other especially when the Blue Angels are practicing. The beaches are gorgeous and many are pet friendly.
The home has everything needed with plenty of room for families. It is well kept and clean. I would recommend it to families or just a get away from the world.

Great Place for our Mini-Vacation

We really enjoyed staying in this clean, nicely furnished mobile home just steps away from the beautiful bay. The home had everything we needed and the washer and dryer were a big plus! Our schedule was busy, as we were there to visit our son and his fiance during Thanksgiving week, so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to take more advantage of the area. All the beds were very comfortable except the top bunk in the kids' room. The mattress is too thin and you can feel the wood slats underneath. Eventhough the home itself is very homey,some of the surrounding neighborhood homes were very unkempt. Allie was a pleasure to work with!
