Perfect place for beach stay
My family of 4 adults and 4 young kids an our little doggy stayed for a whole week. It was a perfect stay and we were so close to many different beaches. Clean place and loved having a washer and dryer. Beds were comfy and we would for sure stay again and recommend this place to others. It has a neighborhood pool for private guests that was one of the best pools I have been in and so clear and clean. We will be back!

Fun and peaceful time
We really enjoyed at stay here, we were close to plenty of beaches and activities. On days when we didn't feel like getting out we had a wonderful pool within walking distance. We loved being able to bring the family dog and there is plenty of doggie stuff if you forget to bring your own. We really felt right at home in the neighborhood. We do plan to come back soon!

We had a great time while we was there. It was our first trip to Florida and it won't be our last. The kids absolutely loved it. The neighbors where awesome lots of things to do around area

Very good stay
We stayed for a week and the property was as advertised. Use Yelp to find restaurants locally. Most were good but avoid the very overpriced Oyster bar/restaurant just over the Johnson beach bridge. Very overpriced. Mobile is about an hour away w good, basic but tasty restaurants. Nice independent cinema there. We got to the beach every night about 6 n stayed until dark just eating, walking along or sitting in the chair at the edge. There are covered picnic tables if you want to be fancy. Publix, Target, Walmart, Winn Dixie are all on the Johson beach rd. Just turn left onto the main highway.

Very pleasant home and a owner that is very easy to work with !
Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do! The only suggestion would be simply a hint for future tenants who like it cool in the house to sleep.... In the evening, open the windows (with screens) to get the interior cooler. Once the outside temp. goes below the thermostat temp, the A/C is not going to run. But outside air will bring it on down. ;)

Thanks for your response James and please come back anytime! Our a/c can be adjusted and actually does get very cold. It's true in the early spring you can just open the windows if not running the AC. We post the instructions but please if anyone has questions on how to use it, or on anything, just ask us, we love to help our guests. Thanks again for staying with us :)
Family Vacation March/April 2016
The location of the rental is excellent for day trips in the Pensacola and Mobil area. It is a very affordable and adequate equipped place. We would definitely come back again. And special thanks to Ali, who was an awesome host amd help us with everything we needed.

Great place to stay! Lots of room.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have two teenagers who aren't BFF's, and they each had their own bedroom. Great deck to sit out on with a view of the water and is shaded in the late afternoon. Washer and dryer came in really handy. Location is 5 miles from NAS, you can catch some of the Blue Angels practices from the deck. The hosts were excellent and available at all times. Very nicely set up with a fenced yard for our dog too. All in all, a perfect place for our week of sun, fun, and water in Pensacola.

Family vacation
We stayed from June 30th till July 6th and let me tell you we had a blast. Made great memories with our kids that will last a life time. Seen dolphins right outside of the trailer. Minutes from alot of attractions and beaches. I would recommend this place to anybody. Ali was a great host as well told us of the many things that we could do for little or no money at all

Made great memories!
Our family had a great week in Pensacola! Thanks for the ease of renting. We felt right at home and close to everything we wanted to see. We especially enjoyed the practicing Blue Angels above our heads. My daughter graduated from college and invited 20 friends for a barbecue one evening, and the deck accommodated us all easily. The large deck and the wonderful weather were probably the two most appreciated features of the week! ;) Allie was easy to work with. Thanks for all!
