Comment:C-1105 was perfect from the minute I opened the door. It smelled fresh and clean. The décor immediately put me in beach mode. Everything looked brand new. The bathroom was impeccable. Balcony furniture was solid and new. The Catalina building is so centrally located. We have only stayed in Doral but Catalina 1105 might be my new favorite home!

Perfect!!!

Just Perfect!

Danny,
We had a wonderful time. As always, we try to leave things better than we find them, but it was a challenge to do because the condo was just perfect! I did want to mention I noticed the cord to the iron was severed. I didn’t need it but I noticed it. I just wanted to let you know. Thanks again and we will come back! Beth

Perfect Vacation!

We loved staying in this condo! It was just as described. My girls loved having their own beds (and tv)! Waking up to the ocean outside the master was glorious also! It was impeccably clean and just the vacation we were wanting! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful gulf view!

Dan and Mary’s place at the beach was perfect for our plan to get away from everyday stress and relax. The condo was beautifully and comfortably furnished, with all the extras needed to live for the weekend, which for us included a little light cooking. Everything was clean and obviously well cared for and the gulf view was gorgeous! We especially appreciated the outdoor furniture on the balcony being so comfortable, since we spent a good bit of time outside.
We’ve stayed at several different condos in this area and this one gets our highest marks!
