This vacation home felt truly like home! The home had everything we needed. We literally just needed groceries. The amenities were great! The only time we left the home was to take golf cart rides to the beach, which was literally around the corner. The owner was very responsive and hospitable. This is officially our new family vacation home.

Our family was fortunate enough to spend a week at the Big Beach House. We were able to really live there and not just visit. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook great meals for our family and we ate on the beautiful front porch watching the waves come in. This house is unique because it’s not just a place to store your stuff on vacation. It’s a destination. It is ready for large groups and family get togethers. You will be surprised at the details Barry and Kathy have put into this house. You won’t find a better equipped house with comfort in every room. Can’t wait to go back!

We needed something at the last minute because VRBO canceled a condo the night before check in because the website was letting people book on top of one another. I found this house and got in touch with Mr Berry. He worked with us and was such a sweet man to talk to. The house was AWESOME!! We all loved the house. The house was clean, well stocked, beds were great, pool was really nice for the kids, and the house was clean. I loved setting out on the front porch in the morning to drink my coffee and watching the ocean and birds. I would recommend this house and the owners to everyone. You will not regret staying here. Wish I could live there. Thanks Mr and Mrs Berry!!

We just returned from a week at Barry and Kathy’s Beach house. We had the best time and made so many great memories from golf cart rides to the beach to spending time on the magnificent veranda drinking our coffee and listening to the peaceful ocean waves. The kids enjoyed time in the pool when needing a break from the beach. The house had plenty of room for our family of 13. We can’t wait to return! Thanks Barry and Kathy for putting so much thought into making this home a place where families can come spend time together and build such great memories.

My husband and I stayed for most of the month of February. Unfortunately we had to return home a few days early. Our stay at the villa was fabulous. We loved the huge covered porch. The view of the Gulf was amazing. Fun watching the dolphins. We spent many hours out there. The elevator was a plus for hauling our stuff upstairs. The house has everything you would ever need. It was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. Very quiet neighborhood. Don't hesitate on staying here. You won't be disappointed.

We just completed a restful stay with Barry and Kat at their luxury villa. It was a great place for the grand kids with special kid friendly rooms plus our own pool in the back yard and the beach within site and sound of the spacious front porch where you can see both the sun rise and the sunset. I slept like a log every night on the comfy mattress. All the rooms have large screen TVs and their own bathrooms and the whole house is immaculately decorated. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay. John L

We spent Fall Break in Kat and Barry’s beach villa. It was fabulous! There were seven adults and two kids in our party, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved their bunk bed room with a disco ball for dance parties! There was a pack n play provided, which was very convenient for our littlest one. My oldest son LOVED the pool. He practically grew gills on the trip. There were a ton of floats and fun pool toys to keep him entertained. Our littlest one LOVED the beach. There were beach towels in every closet and fun sand toys in the kids’ closet. The beach was a quick walk from the house. Even the littlest one had no problem walking there. There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water for hosing everyone off when you get back. Very helpful! The grown-ups on the trip really enjoyed sitting out on the porch reading books and enjoying the beach view. There was also a really nice grill we used multiple times and the kitchen had every gadget you could dream of! Once the kiddos went to bed, we enjoyed watching movies on Netflix in the super comfy living room. We really had a great week and were sorry to head home.

Public response
Your place was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so impressed with the layout and the amount of space. We have rented other places and have had to stumble over each other. The elevator was a great plus to help with luggage, coolers and a visiting aunt and uncle who would never had made the climb up the stairs. The only thing you might consider for the future is an optional golf cart rental to go to the beach and back. Thanks for your hospitality and we are already considering staying again with friends on our annual motorcycle ride that we take each year.
