I have stayed at this condo several times over 10 years- Each time is has been most enjoyable. I esp l❤️ the indoor/outdoor pool & ocean balcony view where sea life can be seen frequently swimming in pods. I even saw a nesting sea turtle this last visit! Will continue to return again- condo is clean & Owner is honest & easy to work with. GSA Salt life is the best!

This condo was roomy and had very comfortable beds and furniture. It was supplied with all of the necessities. Terri was quick to answer emails and very easy to work with. We loved our vacation here!!

The unit was very nice with lots of seating options. We cooked a lot during our 8 night stay and had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of linens and towels. The balcony was especially nice with a lot of seating that allowed us to eat out there often. We saw dolphins several times during our stay. The washer and dryer was full sized. Terri, the owner, was easy to work with and very responsive. The unit was close to restaurants and shopping. Wi-Fi was slow for streaming NetFlix. There were brooms etc available for use that helped with cleaning up excess sand etc. The unit is 703 which might lead one to believe its on the 7th floor, but due to 3 levels of parking it’s actually on the 10 floor. It was nice having covered parking options though. There were grills available for use on the ground level. The water pressure in both bathrooms was awesome. The pool is small but adequate. The 2 elevators worked and I even took the 10 flights of stairs a few times. Everyone was nice and we felt safe. I hope this review is helpful if you are considering renting this condo.

My family had a wonderful, relaxing vacation! We had everything we needed in the condo. Close to many things. It was amazing! Definitely will be back at this condo and Terri was super nice and always answered all my questions!
