We just returned from a great spring break trip. It’s been several years since we have stayed at this resort but really enjoyed our trip and especially this condo unit. Spacious, beautifully decorated, amazing views. Working directly with Allison was easy and we will definitely be renting from her again.

We are just leaving from a great trip. Allison is precious and even helped me locate a bakery at the beach for my daughters birthday cake! The condo was very spacious and clean and was decorated nicely. My kids ages 8 & 10 never wanted to leave the pools and slides.
We will be renting from allison again for our next vacation!

We had the best time staying here . This unit was so spacious, clean , decorated adorable , and it had everything we needed . The resort itself was a blast ! Our kids are 9,7, and 5. They loved all the pools and water slides . Allison was amazing to work with! I would highly recommend this unit !

We had an amazing vacation at Caribe. Allison was a wonderful host full of recommendations and provided excellent communication before and during our stay. The room was beautiful! Very nice and clean with lots of space for my family of 6. The dual balcony was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean and bay views. The resort was a big hit with my family. 10 pools, lazy river, 2 saunas, hot tubs, 4 pool slides and more entertained our kids ranging from 17-7 years old. We would love to vacation at this spot again! I would highly recommend this for a family vacation!

We’ve stayed at the Caribe numerous times, but this was our first time booking direct via the owner. CPH08 is spacious and offers great views of both the bay and Gulf.
Allison was quick to respond to any questions I had during the booking process and during our stay. We reserved directly through her and received detailed emails with our booking info and another one about a week before our arrival date.
The condo was tidy and clean and offers all the kitchen amenities one will need to prepare any type of meal. The beds were comfortable, and my boys enjoyed using the smart tv. The Caribe has several pools and a lazy river - a favorite with my family. It’s a great location with nearby dining options. We will definitely be back!

This is our first stay in CPH08, and we will definitely be back! Allison was very easy to communicate with through email and text. Cleanliness is something that’s high on my priority list with a condo, and upon arrival it met all of my expectations. The penthouse is tastefully decorated, spacious, and relaxing! The views of both the bay and the ocean are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend booking with Allison for any future vacations!

We had an amazing stay at the Caribe penthouse. The resort was beautiful and had lots of different pools and fitness areas for us to enjoy. The resort is also located right next to an amazing beach area where we spent most of our time.
When we booked I was hesitant to reserve the area as the main payment arrangement was check. We ended up using PayPal because of my reserves but I would definitely use Allison again and would have no reservations about paying by check.
There is so much to do on this vacation we did dolphin sighting, went to Alligator Alley where we held snakes and a baby gator, went to the warf and did the arcade and got ice cream and fudge, we did the OWA amusement park, as well as a lot of activities on the resort itself!
This is a penthouse you won’t want to pass up. Everyone is so kind and there is so much to do. My fiancé, my five kids, and I would definitely recommend! We will be coming back!
