My son and I enjoyed being able to walk right down to water to fish or across the street to just relax on beach. Did not have to get in my car when I arrived and enjoyed not having to fight traffic. The condo was very nice and clean. Loved all the balconies. They were nice to sit on while drinking a cup of coffee.

Location is as good as it gets! Located on the quiet end of Beach Boulevard. Getting across the street to the beach was VERY easy. We really loved the beautiful views and having three balconies. The beds were comfortable. Check-in was super simple (and having door code instead of a key was very convenient).
Only issues were very minor with small things that need fixing or updating - for example, doorknob on front door is loose, bathtub in kids' room wouldn't plug/drain properly, towel hook in bathroom was not affixed and fell down, there were extra pillows but no extra linens. The cleaning was also subpar; I had to vacuum the first day as it was noticeably not done in some places. These are all items that are very small and did not at all affect our overall experience and I imagine the owners will get them all addressed soon.
Property owners were very responsive and nice to work with. I have no doubt that they would go above and beyond to fix anything that got in the way of our experience.

We stayed at this property during spring break 2018. We found the condo to be super clean, comfortable and provide excellent views from the balconies. There is ample sleeping space as well. I will say, the stairs up to the condo could be trying for an elderly person or someone with health issues. Overall, we thought the condo was great, the owners were fantastic to work and we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here in February! The condo was very clean, comfortable and well furnished and was just as it appeared on the website. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have wished for. We had plenty of towels and having a washer and dryer right off the kitchen was great. We moved in and felt right at home. We loved being on the lagoon and were entertained by herons and pelicans, beach combing and sitting on the dock. We spent a lot of time on the balconies enjoying the gulf breezes, early morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.
Just a short walk across the street and we were walking the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The location west of the bustle of town was perfect - quiet and private, yet within minutes of restaurants and shopping and fun tourist things to do.
The owners were very accommodating and checked in with us to make sure everything was good and that we were happy. And we were! We highly recommend it to anyone vacationing in Gulf Shores. You will not be disappointed.

We loved this unit on the Lagoon..loved the birds on it, the fact we could walk our cat along the shore ( can't do that on the beach)..love being down the beach from the center of town. the furnishing were very good, Just a couple things kept me from giving it 5 stars .. one the cleaning could be a little better ( Carrie is addressing it with the cleaners) the heat is uneven ..in order to have upstairs comfortable downstairs had to be overly warm.
Advice for other renters..first the 38 stairs they warn you about is real so pack light because you have to carry everything up and down. and bring at least one sharp knife( all the ones there are super dull)
