Charming Coastal Condo

This condo is perfectly appointed and brand new! Just relaxing inside is a coastal haven! Lynn, the owner, sets the standard of how rental transactions should go from start to finish. The unit is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay. Restaurants, groceries, drug stores, and a gas station are near by. The property is quiet and secure. It is located about 5-10 min. drive from the wharf, appx 40-45 minutes from PNS and 20 min from Foley ($2.75 toll each direction), 10-15 min longer for a non-toll route. The Floribama shore is easily at your fingertips and you are minutes from soaking up the sun at Orange Beach. Thank you, Lynn!

Home away from Home

Just returned from a fantastic trip to the Gulf. Staying at this condo is a highlite of our trip. All the comforts of home and the hospitality of the owners is well above 5 stars. We are ones that like to be away from the hustle but close enough to join in if we want to. Everything we needed was at the tips of our fingers as well as a great view of the gulf. Kids love the extras that Lynn surprises us with at the beginning of the stay. I would gladly recommend this condo to my family and friends.

The Best Getaway

Dave and Lynn are such kind and wonderful hosts! The condo really has everything you need from chairs and beach towels to truly feeling like you’re at home. Lynn was so sweet to have left baked goods in the fridge for when we arrived, sanitized the whole condo, and checked on us to see if we needed anything to avoid having to go fight the crowds at the stores. She is a very genuine, and you know that she cares about you and ensuring you have a safe stay through everything going on. The condo is absolutely beautiful inside with a great view (especially for leftover fireworks from the 4th)! Short walk to the beach, with plenty of room to keep a large +10’ distance between everyone. It was the best choice for my mom and I to vacation at Dave and Lynn’s condo! We will 100% be return renters!

Amazing!

This was my family’s first time to vacation in Fort Morgan and I’m so happy that we did! Lynn was so responsive to all my questions and was very helpful with suggestions and places to go. Lynn was so great at keeping us updated prior to our arrival about the construction happening and pool restrictions...which we were very thankful for! Condo is beautifully decorated in a beach theme and had any and everything we needed! From beach towels to toys, chairs, boogie boards and even a nice beach cart to carry all of our things down to the beach in! The condo was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. All the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. We loved being on the quiet end of Fort Morgan and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Water was clear and waves were fun! My family was so thankful for Lynn and Dave and their wonderful hospitality (and her delicious cookies that greeted us upon arrival!) and we will definitely be booking with them again!

Beautiful condo

This was our family’s 11th summer at the Dunes neighborhood and The Indies, however, our first time to stay at seaside 503 at the Indies. This is a wonderful condo with everything you need and more! We were told about the construction and balcony & pool restrictions before we confirmed our reservations. Lynn, the condo owner, kept us updated and we are so happy we decided to stay here. The weather was perfect & the gulf was clear and beautiful. Probably one of our family’s best vacations! Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo.

Snowbirds

This was our first experience at being snowbirds. We felt we were very fortunate in finding this condo.We had an absolutely wonderful time. Lynn and Dave were great landlords and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Beautiful condo and amazing owner!

We love Fort Morgan and vacation there every summer. This condo is absolutely perfect! It’s clean, very well decorated, stocked with most everything you need to cook in, and the view of the ocean is stunning. On top of this, Lynn was the absolute best! She cares deeply for this condo, that renters are comfortable, and wants to make sure renters are satisfied with their stay. We normally stay in a house but this was such a great experience...we may choose the condo again next year. Thank you, Lynn!

Outstanding Condo/Wonderful Owner

This condo was outstanding. Everything we could have possibly needed was there for us from towels, to beach toys and even a fully stocked pantry. The view from the balcony was great. I cannot say enough good things about the owner Lynn, she is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Indies 503 - total pkg

My family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The view is nice from the 5th floor balcony and the walk to the beach is short. Also the pool was lovely and the Indies staff was very helpful. Thanks Lynn. You have thought of everything!
