The condo was immaculate. We were very pleased with the room and the comfortable beds. The view was amazing. We would stay here again.

I liked how the condo was between the bay and ocean, it made great views all the way around. I also enjoyed the coziness of the condo, it was a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy the beach!

Location was great. Being across the street was not a problem. The unit was little smaller than the pictures showed, but perfect for 2 people, very nicely decorated. Could use a few more pots and pans. I like to cook even on vacation. We could not figure out the tv channel system. The channels did not match the guide sheet, had to go up and down all channels to find what we wanted. (No fault of kathy and brian, it's the provider or maybe just us). Overall we had a great time and would stay here again for sure!

This condo was amazing!! It was clean and decorated so nicely. The view was spectacular. I told everyone it was the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a condo, and the removable shower head in the shower is a great perk! Those things are handy if ya just wanna wash your hair real quick! Nice washer and dryer, comfortable sitting room, nice kitchen with everything you need. The balcony was lovely with great furniture. It was the perfect distance to restaurants shopping and festivities. The property manager made sure to have everything laid out clearly for us and let us know that we could easily contact her. We never had to contact her though because it was all great. It was really a relaxing beautiful stay with no worries. I hope I can snatch this same unit at another vacation stay.

The unit was very nice, the exterior of the building could use a little updating but once inside it was everything we expected. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great vacation and stay at Kathy’s place! Great location and condo with all the comforts of an apartment. Would definitely recommend!
