As soon as you walk in the door you know your going to love it here. The view is great and everything is very clean. The owner is quick to respond and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this condo

The condo was just as pictured, it was beautiful and VERY clean!!!! Everything was updated. The bed was very comfortable, we loved the location! There is not a huge beach view but the bay view with the boats and dolphins more than made up for it! We saw dolphins 6 out of our 7 day stay! The beach was not crowded, everyone we ran into that worked at the condo building was very nice. We would definitely stay again!!!!! We ran into the owner on our first day, super sweet and gave us some great places to eat!

We have rented many condos at Grand Pointe over the years and this one has by far been the most gorgeous. Tons of upgrades in the condo made our stay in the room so much more enjoyable. Not only that, but the owner was super nice. We look forward to coming back next year!

This is a beautifully decorated condo with views of the beach and the pass. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats come through. The beach is only steps away. It is also walking distance to great restaurants. We had a great long weekend and look forward to coming back soon!

Everything about this place was great! The condo is beautiful, updated, clean and had everything we needed. The balcony was great for dinner and watching boats. The location is good- we walked to dinner at the Gulf, and were close drive to other places. Our kids enjoyed the beach as well as the indoor and outdoor pools. Janet was great to work with. We loved our stay in Orange Beach!!

The property is very nice and this condo was just as pictured. It was beautifully decorated and a wonderful, relaxing home base for a week at Orange Beach. We loved the views off the balcony and all the activity of the tour boats. We also saw some dolphins surfacing as we stood on the balcony. The whole experience at the condo was just what our family needed. The only negative aspect for us was the sofa sleeper. Our family of 6 could've really used another bed instead of the sofa sleeper. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay here!

I'm not big on wordy reviews. From the booking to check out....everything was smooth and simple. The condo unit was very nice and well kept. The unit owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would be happy to rent this unit again in the future.

We loved our week in Gulf Shores. Janet was great to work with. Every communication was quick and efficient. We give this location our highest recommendation and will be considering it again for any future trips to the Alabama coast.

Our condo was beautiful, with everything you could need. The view from the big balcony (w/comfortable furniture) was of Perdido Pass. Lots of boat watching! We loved that the condo & property were quiet, never had to wait for the elevator, no garbage trucks at the crack of dawn, and the beach was not crowded on our end. Janet was a pleasure to work with!!!!! We will be booking this condo next year for our annual girls trip!
