Great location ,short distance to Orange and Perdido beaches.This condo has a nice beach view ,clean,everything we need for cooking .There were only two of us but it’s big enough for at least 4-6 people with two bedrooms and two baths.Recommend it

Beautiful place! Two bedrooms and two bath with the balcony being the stunning focal point. If you need somewhere to stay that’s reasonable and we’ll furnished, this is your place. Will definitely try to stay again.

We had such a great time ! Everything was exceptional! The 4 days we spent in the condo were enjoyable—the beds were very comfortable , the rooms were cozy and clean, the kitchen was very functional and clean too we didn’t even eat out and cooked all our meals there!
The master’s shower was so fun and the water pressure was strong it was relaxing .
The washer and dryer were helpful esp since we had wet clothes from the beach.
The access to the beach was also easy. Even thought sky bridge was under repair it was not a big deal bec the walk across the strees was short and the cars even stop when they see you crossing. The indoor
Pool was warm and clean. The gym was also clean and complete! We even tried the sauna too!
The front desk person was very friendly and helpful!
Overall it was a weekend to remember! 1603 is incredible! We will be back and soon too!

This place is an absolutely gem! The view from the balcony is incredible!! Absolutely beautiful! There are a lot of restaurants & small shopping places near by. Gabby & Nicole communicated to us all the information to access the condo in a timely manner, sent restaurant suggestions and lots of other details that were super helpful! I can’t wait to come back! ❤️
