Amazing condo! Everything we hoped for. Clean, well stocked, beautiful decor and great location. Our fur baby enjoyed the balcony. Silver Beach provides nice areas for dog walks. Thank you Darlene, you are the best!! Would love to come back. Now I MUST go buy a microwave like yours!!!

First, let us say that your rehab, interior design and makeover of 401 is absolutely stunning! We were so impressed with everything - the color scheme, furnishings, appliances…what a wonderful and beautiful place. We have been coming to Silver Beach for the past 7-8 years and always requested your condo. The horrific storm two years ago caused damage to your place and we had to relocate to another unit, but always looked forward to returning to 401. Great accommodations, incredible view of the beach and we look forward to being there again next year.

My family enjoyed a nice week at the beach in a not so crowded complex with plenty of room for us to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed to cook for my large crew. Our favorite spot was on the balcony in the relaxing lounge chairs that provided a great view of the ocean. The pool was never crowded and our favorite place to retreat in the late afternoon after a full day in the sun. Grocery stores conveniently located across the street. This was a great spot! Love the condo. Nicely decorated. We highly recommend!!

David and Darlene‘s condo is absolutely beautiful. The views of the ocean and beach or immaculate. My family had the best vacation that we’ve had in many many years. Condo is practically brand new was remodeled recently and you can see the work that was put into it. I would strongly suggest renting this condo if you want a nice beach getaway hope to rent and many many more times in the future. Thanks so much David and Darlene for allowing us to visit your home.

This was hands down the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location, easy beach access. The balcony was big and chairs were comfortable. Cooper (furbaby) the balcony was his favorite spot! ????The beds were also comfortable and the towels were super soft! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Lots of eating and souvenir shopping. Darlene was the nicest host and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her and we will be coming back from Kentucky! ????

The condo was decorated so beautiful. We enjoyed everything about this week and can’t wait to go back . I loved all the family pictures, comfortable beds and granite showers. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Our week was a little piece of heaven.
