What a nice place, in a great location. Nice quiet beach. Had good fishing in the lagoon. The house has everything you need to have fun.

The was a perfect beach house. The ocean is right across the street and has everything that you need for a perfect beach vacation. Amy had umbrellas, chairs, a beach cart and toys to use. The house was very clean and had ample kitchen supplies. Amy was quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Easy access to the beach and the bay. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Master bedroom was very impressive and had a great private balcony and view. Downstairs bedroom a bit small for a couple, but everyone was ultimately comfortable.

The house was exactly as the pictures, easy to access and with everything that we needed to enjoy a beautiful weekend at the beach with Family and friend. We definitely recommend Amy as a host!

This trip was a volleyball tournament and birthday trip. Amy had a birthday banner and all the treats to make s'mores awaiting us. Extremely kind gesture. Easy access to the beach which is literally across the street and they had EVERYTHING possible that you would need for the water. I asked for a noon checkout and she accommodated. Very great communication and would definitely recommend the Dune.

This beach home was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and more! I wish we were staying longer to be able to take advantage of it all (especially the fishing pier nearby). The kitchen was well stocked. I enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening while my kids played corn hole. Amy was a great host and I loved that she provided beach chairs and boogie boards so I didn't have to pack those. We'll be back for a week long trip to be able to take advantage of everything offered in this house.
