This luxurious unit has 2 Bedrooms / 2 Full Baths and sleeps 6.
Lani Kai 227 is locally owned and managed:
2 Bedrooms – both with Queen beds
2 Full Baths – one has a walk in shower and the other is a tub/shower combo
Living room - space for the whole family and has a full-size sofa sleeper
Dining - table for three and a breakfast bar for two
Kitchen - is fully equipped for your needs and has stainless steel appliances.
Laundry - Stainless steel full-size washer/dryer for your use
2 Balconies – main entrance balcony overlooks Little Lagoon and you can access it from the back bedroom, while the living room balcony is a corner balcony with beach views and has high-top seating for your leisure
2 Pools – one is designated for Family while the other is for Adults 19yo+
Private Parking – free private covered parking. Limit 2 vehicles for complex and overflow first come first serve.
Lani Kai is a low density walk-up building, 2 levels of stairs, no elevator.
No pets allowed for guests (per our HOA not us)

So, come and sink your toes in the sand and enjoy the beautiful white sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax read a book, fish from the shore, build sand castles, swim, or take a stroll we are less than 1 mile from town that has several restaurants, shopping and entertainment to choose from.
If calmer waters is what you’re lookin for, Little Lagoon is a 10-mile-long saltwater lagoon that is little more than a ½-mile wide and is separated from the Gulf of Mexico by a ½-mile stretch of sand dunes and West Beach Boulevard. You can even launch your boat at Mo’s Landing Park just 3miles away.

History / Museums folks, we have you cover too. Visit the historic Fort Morgan or take a ferry ride to Dauphin Island and visit the Sea Lab and Estuarian (featuring large aquariums filled with native sea life) then drive up to Mobile to explore the USSA Alabama.
Thrill / Sports enthusiasts, you’ll love the proximity to golf courses, charter fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, waterpark, go-karting, nature trails through Gulf State Park that have Segway tours and don’t forget about our Zoo!

Now owned and operated by Flip Flop Paradise. 2 best friends who work in healthcare and wanted a little more for retirement than our cold land look states! We love the beach and gulf shores area so we decided to purchase a little piece of it! We operate and manage ourselves so do not hesitate to reach out if everything is not how you expect it to be :)

Fantastic Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Wonderful location and the condo offered everything we’d need for our stay! Very clean and updated interior. Had no issues with booking. Would stay here again!

We loved staying here! Great view out the front balcony/door of the lagoon. Small balcony off the living room looking out over the pool. Right across the road from the beach and close to all the restaurants. Small kitchen with great appliances and comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Place
Perfect spot! We slept 4 and were super comfortable! I think it can sleep up to 6. Had every single thing we needed-beach towels, great water pressure, coffee, a few games and books (my fave). Super close to eating and to our teams condo. Beds were so soft and we slept like logs. We would have definitely used the pool but the weather wasn't warm enough for us yet. We will definitely stay again. Hoping to stay again this summer and definitely again for our softball tourney again next year ???? This is the perfect spot for your small group!

The location of the condo is ideal. Just s few minutes walk across the street and you are on the beach. Inside, the unit is very comfortable. Appliances and fixtures are new, the beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are updated. We enjoyed our two week stay here
