Rental paid in full of signed lease contract prior to providing access; Copy of License/Photo identification with the inquiry; the Main applicant must be 25 years or older; Full party details required of all under 25 years of age, 8 people maximum limit; Non-Smoking & no vaping, drugs of anything kind are not allowed.

Maid Service fee required; Parking Pass provided and required; Deposit and full payment required 45 days prior to start date; Full payment required if booked within days of rental start date if shorter timeframe reservation is available.

No weather issue refund-travel insurance is strongly suggested; Written notice required for Cancellation, $200 Cancellation fee, no monies will be refunded if cancellation notice is less than 45 days from start date; Tenant to abide by all contract terms and building rules. Tidewater 309 Welcome Letter and Release of Liability form are included in the contract.
