Thank you for your interested in our home away from home. We are the original owners and have owned this unit for over 10 years. Our mission is to provide you a convenient, cozy and comfortable stay away from your home. This 3rd floor unit is one of the best locations at The LIGHTHOUSE for parking and access to the beach, pools, BBQ grills and workout facility. The morning and evening views are spectacular. Be sure to watch for the dolphins swimming in the Gulf starting around 7AM every morning.

Our unit offers 1 bedroom , 1 bunk room, 2 bathrooms, queen sleeper sofa, granite counter tops, a balcony that opens from the master bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum, mop and broom, pantry, free wireless internet and a private balcony. We take great pride in providing cleanliness and comfort in our unit..

Master bedroom has a king size bed that opens up to the balcony and has a large master bath with a jetted tub, separate shower and a walk-in closet.

The bunk room which is a separate room with 2 twin beds, a night stand and TV.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer/ice-maker, garbage disposal, pots, pans, skillets, cutting boards, utensils, glassware, stemware, dinnerware, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, casserole dishes, mixer, toaster, and many other amenities.

The second bathroom opens into the hallway and has walk-in shower.

The living room is open and includes bar stools, sofa (sleeper queen size), chair, ceiling fan, and TV. The living room also has a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony.

The balcony has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and pools below. New patio furniture has seating for eight.

We furnish all linens for bedding, pillows, and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

"Rubbish" disposal is only a few steps away from front door.

*A notification for all guests: A 'No Smoking' policy was adopted at the Board of Directors meeting on Friday, September 18, 2015. This policy went into effect January 1, 2016 and will also include a prohibition on e-cigarettes. Smoking will be prohibited in all outdoor common areas such as the pool and hot tub decks, parking garage, 1st floor east and west passageways, and the 3 boardwalks to the beach. Smoking will also be prohibited in enclosed common areas such as elevators, 2nd floor office and conference room, elevator lobbies, public restrooms, fitness center, and indoor pool area in accordance with The City of Gulf Shores Clean Air Ordinance 1478. As of January 1, 2018, the Lighthouse Board of Directors has also included all south-side Gulf front balconies in the restricted areas prohibiting smoking.

There are outdoor designated smoking areas on the east and west ends of the building under the parking deck ramps. Smoking within the units and balconies will be at the discretion of the owner (all Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rental units are non-smoking units). Signs were posted to advise guests of the policy prior to the New Year. Please advise your guests prior to their arrival that Lighthouse is a 'No Smoking' building.

**Please note that the Lighthouse HOA requires all guests to purchase a parking pass from security upon arrival. The price is $20/car for the duration of your stay and guests are limited to two passes per visit.*

We have owned and rented our condo for the past 10 plus years. We live very convenient to Gulf Shores in Mobile, Al which is only a little over an hour away. We visit the beach as often as we can with our three three teenagers. We love everything about this complex from the location, availability, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, workout rooms to the easy access to the beach! We trust you and your family will too.

Excellent condo

We stayed in lighthouse 302 and had the most amazing time. The unit is well equipped and furnished for all your needs so you are comfortable the entire time. The only small thing that wasn't perfect was the lack of any good non stick pans in the kitchen, which we have found is common at beach condo kitchens everywhere. Outside of that everything was perfect, the unit is clean and very very well maintained. There's two outdoor pools for enjoying as well as an indoor pool. Parking is a breeze right outside of your unit! The water and weather was absolutely perfect. If your looking for a great place to stay at the best beach in the South, look no further than lighthouse 302!! Also the owner is super responsive and nice which made this an even more enjoyable stay!

Great Gulf Shores Condo Rental

We had a great time staying in this unit! The views from the balcony of the beach are beautiful. This location is very convenient two places to eat and things to do around and in walking distance. You are able to park right outside the unit to be able to bring your stuff in the unit without having to get a cart and wait for the elevators. Lance was great to deal with from beginning to end and always very quick to answer questions. He even suggested a fishing guide for us to use. We plan on staying here again on our next trip to Gulf Shores!! Thanks Lance!!

This is the place to stay!!!!

Lighthouse 302 is where you want to stay in Gulf Shores! The condo is located on the 3rd floor. You park right outside your door, it made it so easy unloading luggage and groceries. The condo was nicely furnished and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Everything we needed was provided and Lance the owner was so helpful getting us booked and answered any questions we had immediately. The condo is beach front with easy access and 2 beautiful pools. The condo is within walking distance to several places to eat and shopping. I can’t think of anything that would make this condo any better. If you are looking for a great family fun vacation this is the place to stay!

Great Trip

We came to stay at Lance’s place as a girls trip to celebrate graduating from graduate school. The convenience and views can’t be beat! Being able to park right in front of the unit made packing and unpacking much easier. The balcony was perfect for entertaining and enjoying coffee and cocktails. Great place! Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying again!

Best Vacation Yet

This was our families first time to the Gulf and first time renting anything but a hotel. The second I inquired about the property the communication was excellent and spot on. Once we arrived we immediately fell in love with the condo. It hovered over the hot tub and we was able to park next to our room. These were two awesome advantages. The room was very clean and everything worked as expected. We are already planning our next trip next year in the same condo. THANK YOU Very MUCH. 5 STARS......

Really beautiful view.

My wife and 2 teenage daughters and one of their friends came for a short 3 night 4 day spring break / anniversary get away. The view is amazing. The condo is well apportioned. Lance was great to work with. You can park on the top of the parking garage and walk right into the condo. It’s on a low floor which is nice if you don’t want to wait in the elevator and you take the stairs. The condo itself was clean and the furnishings were really nice. The Lighthouse is one of if not the best condo properties in Gulf Shores. It has several pools, hot tubs and workout facility.
